You'd rather build it in-house than rent it forever
If you have people with the time and the appetite, training them is cheaper than a retainer that never ends.
The other four packages we run for you. This one has your own team running marketing, sales and AI after we go.
Before you buy anything
If you have people with the time and the appetite, training them is cheaper than a retainer that never ends.
They're posting, calling and following up already. Nobody has ever shown them what good looks like.
Even if you keep outsourcing, a team that understands the work briefs better and spots weak results faster.
The work
What to make, what to post, what to stop paying for. Built around your funnel, not a generic curriculum.
Scripts, objection handling, follow-up cadence and the CRM discipline that makes all three stick.
The prompts, agents and tools worth the subscription — and the ones that are a demo pretending to be a product.
Five to check every week, what each one means, and what to do when it moves the wrong way.
Recordings, playbooks and templates. The camp ends; the material doesn't.
Pricing
On-site anywhere we can reach, or remote. Priced per team, not per head.

Not sure which? Describe the business and we'll tell you which one you actually need — including when it's none of them.
Step by step
We find out what they're already doing and where it falls apart. The camp gets built from that.
Written out before we book anything. If a session isn't worth their two days, we cut it.
They work on your funnel, your offers and your numbers. Nobody sits through slides about someone else's business.
We look at what actually stuck and what quietly went back to how it was. That call is where the value shows up.
Straight answers
For some clients, yes — and that's a fine outcome. If your team has the time and the appetite, training them costs less than retaining us indefinitely. Others run a camp alongside a retainer so they can brief us properly and judge the work.
A workshop works best up to 8, a camp up to 15. Past that it stops being hands-on and turns into a lecture, which is not what you're paying for.
Both work. On-site is better for the sales sessions, where practice in the room matters. Remote is fine for the marketing and AI material, and cheaper.
That's what the 30-day check-in is for, and we're blunt on that call. Usually what stalls it is nobody owning the work — so part of the camp is deciding who owns what before we leave.
Tell us the size of the team and what they're struggling with. We'll send an agenda before you commit to anything.
